A new Beer & Biryani Combo has been launched by Sector 144, the rooftop restobar in JP Nagar, Bengaluru, combining Indian-style biryanis with craft beer. The offering has been created as a casual dining option for leisurely lunches, post-work meet-ups and evenings with friends.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices have been included in the menu. Guests can opt for Veg Biryani or Chicken Biryani, served with a 330ml beer, while a 500ml serving can be selected as an upgrade. A choice from the craft beers available at the brewery is also being provided.
Two distinctive biryani preparations — Nawabi Style and Nati Style — form part of the offering. While each preparation brings its own regional character and flavour profile to the meal, the pairing has been designed to complement Sector 144’s selection of freshly brewed craft beers.
Through the launch, the restobar’s emphasis on uncomplicated, social dining experiences is being reinforced. The familiar comfort of biryani has been combined with the venue’s craft brewing programme to create an offering suited to informal meals and group gatherings.
