Shiro at UB City, Bengaluru, is presenting The Noodle Road, a month-long culinary celebration showcasing noodle traditions from seven Asian countries. Scheduled from October 7 to November 7, 2026, the festival brings together regional flavours, contemporary interpretations and interactive dining under the theme Seven Countries. One Road.
The specially designed menu is divided into three categories: Broth, Wok and Sizzler, each highlighting a different approach to noodle preparation. Among the featured dishes are Lobster Bisque Noodle, served with butter-poached lobster and roasted-shell bisque, Char Kway Teow, Dan Dan Noodles and Sizzling Kung Pa Siew Prawn Noodles. Vegetarian choices include Wild Mushroom & Truffle Shoyu Ramen and Gochujang Japchae.
An assortment of appetisers and substantial mains adds variety to the festival. Roasted Bone Marrow Rice, Miso-Grilled Corn Ribs and Smacked Cucumber are included among the starters, while Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder Rendang, Miso-Glazed Black Cod and Char Siu Pork Belly feature in the main course selection.
An element of culinary theatre is introduced through live cooking and tableside service. Diners can personalise their noodle dishes at the Mongolian wok station, while freshly prepared broths and sizzling specialities are presented at the table. A festival passport also allows guests to collect stamps as they explore the seven-country-inspired menu.
The experience is complemented by desserts such as Fried Honey Noodles with Vanilla Ice Cream, Yuzu & Tender Coconut Cream and Matcha Basque Cheesecake. A specially developed cocktail collection, The Noodle Road Five, incorporates ingredients including kokum, lemongrass and tender coconut. Non-alcoholic refreshments are available as well.
The Noodle Road runs daily at Shiro, UB City, Bengaluru, from October 7 to November 7, 2026, between 12 pm and midnight.
