The festive spirit of Navratri is being celebrated at Ssaffron, Artezia Hotel Bengaluru, with a specially curated Navratri Thali, available from 11th to 19th October 2026. Inspired by traditional fasting customs, the vegetarian spread brings together vrat-friendly ingredients, regional flavours and festive favourites for a wholesome dining experience.
The meal begins with Shakandarkand Aur Anar ki Chaat, a refreshing combination of sweet potato and pomegranate, alongside crisp Sabudana Vada made from tapioca pearls. A selection of comforting festive preparations follows, including Dahi Aloo, featuring potatoes simmered in a delicately spiced yoghurt gravy, Makhane Aur Kaju ki Subzi, prepared with lotus seeds and cashews, and Khatta Meetha Kaddu, a traditional sweet-and-sour pumpkin dish.
The festive experience is completed with two indulgent desserts, Samvat Chawal ki Kheer, a creamy pudding garnished with nuts, and Barnyard Millet Pudding, offering a sweet conclusion to the meal.
Available for lunch and dinner, the Navratri Thali at Ssaffron is priced at ₹2,000 plus taxes and will be served from 11th to 19th October 2026 at Artezia Hotel Bengaluru, Palace Road.
