Mexican monsoon comfort is being served by Chinita Real Mexican Food across its four Bengaluru outlets. A selection of warm, filling dishes is being presented for diners seeking an indoor meal during the rainy season. Traditional recipes, bold ingredients and shareable preparations are being brought together through the seasonal offering.
The main course is being centred around Chinita’s oven-baked Enchiladas. Soft corn tortillas are being filled with choices such as Spinach and Caramelized Onions, Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas, Mushroom, and Grilled Chicken. Each portion is being finished with salsa and cheese before being baked, allowing a warm and hearty dish to be served.
A Mexican street-food favourite is also being offered through the Grilled Corn. Sweet corn on the cob is being coated with cheese and finished with chilli powder. A balance of sweetness, creaminess, smokiness and gentle heat is being created through the preparation, making the dish suitable as a starter or a light rainy-day snack.
A warming beverage option is being provided through the Mexican Spiced Hot Chocolate. Deep cocoa flavours are being combined with aromatic spices to produce a rich and velvety drink. The beverage is being positioned as an accompaniment to the savoury dishes or as a standalone monsoon treat.
The meal is being completed with freshly prepared Churros. The fried pastry is being served warm after being dusted with cinnamon sugar. A crisp outer texture and soft centre are being offered, allowing a familiar Mexican dessert to provide the final course.
The monsoon selection is being made available at Chinita Real Mexican Food outlets in Indiranagar, Whitefield, Koramangala and Bellandur. Service is being provided daily from 12 pm to 11 pm. Prices are being started at ₹235, with applicable taxes and additional charges being added separately.
