Watson's Cantina is hosting Beers & Burgers, a one-day collaboration with Bengaluru-based burger food truck Patty Shack at its Vasanth Nagar outlet on 12 July 2026. The event is being held from 5:00 PM onwards and is bringing together handcrafted burgers, curated beer pairings and a carnival-inspired atmosphere. The experience is being presented as a celebration of one of the most popular food-and-beverage combinations.
An exclusive menu has been created by Patty Shack for the event, featuring burgers inspired by regional Indian flavours. Guests will be served the Ghee Roast Chicken Burger, Cafreal Brisket Burger, Chettinad Lamb Parotta Burger and Ghee Roast Paneer Burger. The menu is also being complemented with Animal Fries, Cheesy Fries, Peri Peri Fries and flavour-packed wings, offering a variety of options for diners.
A curated range of beers is being paired with the menu by Watson's Cantina to complement the burgers and sides. According to the organisers, the event has been designed to create a relaxed social setting where guests can enjoy food, beverages and live weekend energy in a festive environment. The collaboration also reflects the growing appeal of limited-time culinary experiences that bring together local food brands.
The event has been positioned as an opportunity for burger and beer enthusiasts to experience Patty Shack's signature creations alongside Watson's beverage programme under one roof.
