Quick service restaurant brand AlienKind has expanded its presence with the opening of its first Mumbai outlet in Oshiwara, Andheri West. The launch marks the brand’s entry into its third city and has been positioned as another step in its expansion across India’s leading urban markets.
A network of five outlets has already been established by AlienKind in Bengaluru, while four locations are being operated in Delhi, including an outlet in Connaught Place. With the addition of Mumbai, the brand’s growing presence in the competitive quick service restaurant market has been strengthened.
The Oshiwara outlet has been introduced as AlienKind’s largest store to date. An upgraded version of the company’s futuristic retail concept has been incorporated into the location, with greater emphasis being placed on exterior visibility, interior styling and branded design features.
A 10-foot mannequin has been installed at the storefront as the outlet’s main visual attraction. The installation has been described as a first for the brand and has been designed to give the Mumbai store a distinctive street-facing identity.
AlienKind’s Futuristic Brutalism design philosophy has also been carried into the outlet. Raw architectural forms, neon accents and graphic-inspired interiors have been used to reinforce the company’s unconventional positioning within the quick service dining segment.
The brand’s signature menu has been made available at the Mumbai location. The selection includes the UFO-inspired Starship Burger, which has been designed to reduce spills, along with The Cloudy, a three-layered beverage now served across AlienKind outlets.
Distinctive packaging continues to form part of the customer experience. Coloured food boxes, neon-orange bills and visually driven presentation elements have been retained to maintain consistency across the brand’s stores.
The Mumbai opening represents AlienKind’s most developed retail format so far. Through the Oshiwara outlet, the company’s design-led dining identity has been expanded while its presence across Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai has been consolidated.
