The Forresta Kitchen & Bar has expanded to Goa with the launch of The Forresta Kinaro, a 35,000 sq. ft. all-day dining and entertainment destination along the Ashwem–Mandrem stretch. The opening marks the next phase of expansion for the 15-year-old Jaipur-origin hospitality brand, which is already present across Jaipur and Udaipur, including an outlet at Jaipur Airport.
Designed as a large-format coastal destination, The Forresta Kinaro brings dining, drinks and entertainment together across different times of the day, from breakfast and leisurely lunches to sundowners and evenings. The multi-level property features indoor dining, a sea-facing section, a semi-covered outdoor area with a performance stage, and an open terrace, with distinct zones allowing different experiences to operate simultaneously.
The culinary programme, led by Chef Vikas, has been built around a globally inspired menu spanning seafood, sushi, dumplings, grills, Indian dishes, pastas and pizzas. Highlights include Kingfish Ceviche, Prawn Tempura Koliwada, Butter & Chimichurri Prawns with Poi, Crispy Chilli Chonak and Murgh Nawabi Tikka.
The beverage programme is centred on a cocktail menu titled “The Plan Was Different”, featuring creations such as Detour and Last One. Music is also integrated into the experience, transitioning from relaxed lo-fi sounds during the day to sundowner sets and livelier Bollywood-led evenings.
According to Pallavi Devraj and Maniesh Devraj, Kinaro has been conceived as a destination where guests can settle in and allow their plans to evolve naturally through the day. With its Goa debut, The Forresta Kitchen & Bar has adapted its Jaipur-established hospitality approach to a contemporary coastal setting while retaining connections to its roots through select ingredients sourced from Jaipur.
