GOAT Brew has entered Mumbai's hospitality sector with an all-day café, restaurant and bar concept designed to combine dining, beverages, entertainment and community experiences within a single destination. Founded by entrepreneurs Lizaa Malik and Saurabh Pathak, the venue caters to multiple occasions, from morning coffee meetings and casual lunches to evening dining and social gatherings. The launch reflects the growing demand for experience-led hospitality formats in urban markets.

The founders stated that the concept was developed in response to evolving consumer preferences, with guests increasingly seeking destinations that bring together food, drinks, entertainment and social interaction. The venture builds on Lizaa Malik's experience in the hospitality industry, including her role in founding The Pump Room, one of Mumbai's early microbreweries, alongside entrepreneur and technology innovator Saurabh Pathak.

Chef Allen Gomes has curated the all-day menu, which includes dishes such as Gochujang Glazed Chicken, Citrus-Grilled Salmon, Velvet Forest Medley and Veg Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice. The beverage programme features signature cocktails, mocktails and a selection of craft beers catering to both regular craft beer consumers and first-time drinkers.

GOAT Brew also plans to host live music performances, DJ nights, open mic sessions, artist showcases and community events as part of its operating model. The venue has adopted a pet-friendly format with dedicated food and beverage options for pets, further expanding its community-focused offering.
