Du Jour, a 15-seater bake space in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is showcasing its signature Crobun, a handcrafted pastry combining the flaky, laminated layers of a croissant with the shape of a bun. Prepared fresh daily using traditional slow fermentation techniques and Elle & Vire 84% Extra Dry Butter from Normandy cream, the Crobuns are developed to offer a light texture, delicate layers and rich buttery flavour.
The collection features sweet varieties including Signature Chocolate, Tiramisu, Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate & Salted Caramel, Banana Walnut & Caramel, Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée and Pistachio & Raspberry. Seasonal creations such as Mango Caviar, Chocolate & Strawberry and Strawberry Cheesecake are also offered, alongside savoury options including Cheese & Olive and Sundried Tomato Quiche.
Complementing the pastries is a speciality coffee and matcha menu featuring Salted Caramel Latte, Vanilla Bean Matcha, Honey Lemonade Cold Brew, Coconut Vietnamese Coffee, House Cold Coffee with Hazelnut Praline and Mango Cold Foam Matcha. House-made ingredients such as salted caramel and pistachio paste are incorporated across pastries and beverages, reflecting the bakery's focus on flavour and experimentation.
Founded by Mohammed Ali, Du Jour was inspired by his experiences of enjoying croissants and coffee in London. The concept was developed alongside Chef Radhika Bountra, who led the culinary research and development of its laminated pastries. Following a year of operations as a cloud kitchen, the brand opened its first physical space in Hyderabad in 2026, within the existing premises of its parent brand, Labonel.
Designed as an intimate neighbourhood bakery rather than a large-format café, Du Jour focuses on handcrafted pastries, speciality beverages and seasonal menu innovations. The pet-friendly bake space is located at 1335/A, Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and operates from 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8 AM to midnight, Friday to Sunday.
