Maverick & Farmer Unveils Coffee and Beer Collaboration

The Maverick & Farmer coffee and beer collaboration is being introduced in Bengaluru through a partnership with Byg Brewski Brewing Company. A limited-edition menu is being made available from July 18 to August 18, 2026, across selected Maverick & Farmer cafés and Byg Brewski outlets. A shared appreciation for roasting, brewing, malt and flavour development is being showcased through exclusive beverages, desserts and a specialty craft beer. The collaboration is being positioned as an exploration of the similarities between specialty coffee and craft brewing rather than as a conventional seasonal menu.

The initiative has been announced by Maverick & Farmer and Byg Brewski Brewing Company as an effort to highlight the craftsmanship involved in both industries. It has been stated by the companies that careful roasting, ingredient selection and flavour layering are common elements that influence both coffee and beer production. Greater emphasis has also been placed on experimentation with malt, caramelisation and roasted characteristics to create products that bridge the two categories.

An exclusive Vanilla Latte Stout has been brewed by Byg Brewski Brewing Company using Maverick & Farmer's Say Hello To Mellow Arabica coffee. Subtle vanilla notes, light caramel sweetness and a velvety finish have been incorporated into the golden stout to reflect the influence of specialty coffee within a craft beer. It has been explained by the brewery that the beer has been developed to balance coffee character with approachable stout flavours.

The beverage offering has been expanded at Maverick & Farmer through three malt-inspired coffee creations. The Chocolate Malt Cold Brew has been crafted to deliver roasted cocoa and malt flavours. The Biscuit Malt Affogato has been prepared with caramelised biscuit notes, while the Roasted Malt Cloud has been designed to offer a rich and creamy coffee experience shaped by toasted malt characteristics.

The dessert selection has also been curated to reinforce the collaboration's central theme. A Brown Butter Pecan Barley Cookie, Caramel Malt Blondie and Dark Chocolate Malt Cookie have been developed using roasted grains, butter, chocolate and nuts. Complementary flavour profiles have been created so that the desserts can be enjoyed alongside both the specialty coffee beverages and the Vanilla Latte Stout.

A broader culinary experience is intended to be offered through the collaboration by demonstrating how coffee and beer can be connected through common ingredients, artisanal production methods and flavour innovation. The partnership is expected to provide consumers in Bengaluru with an opportunity to experience two craft categories interpreted through a single, limited-edition menu.
