A Karnataka market entry is being made by So Good Soju through the launch of five fruit-led flavours—Peach, Green Grape, Strawberry, Blueberry and Green Apple. The introduction marks the brand's debut in Bengaluru and is being positioned as part of a wider expansion strategy covering Goa and the North East. According to the company, growing interest in Korean food and culture, along with rising demand for lighter, flavour-forward beverages, is supporting the growth of the soju category in India.

The brand's portfolio is now being expanded to seven flavours across still and sparkling variants, including Peach, Green Apple, Yuzu Lime, K-Bomb, Green Grape, Strawberry and Blueberry. The latest additions have been developed to cater to different consumer preferences. Green Grape has been described by the company as crisp and refreshing, Strawberry as fruit-forward with balanced acidity, and Blueberry as offering layered berry notes with a smooth finish.

Changing drinking preferences among younger consumers have been highlighted by Jaspreet Singh, Founder of So Good Soju. Singh said, "Young Indian consumers are choosing lighter, flavour-forward drinks." Bengaluru was identified by him as an important beverage market, while the growing popularity of Korean culture was said to be creating new opportunities for premium soju in India.

An existing retail presence has already been established by the brand in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Haryana, with products also available at both terminals of Mumbai Airport. According to So Good Soju, the Karnataka launch forms part of its long-term national growth strategy, with the newly introduced flavours scheduled to be rolled out across Maharashtra, Goa, Haryana and Punjab in the coming weeks.
