Bombay Cocktail Week is bringing five acclaimed Asian bars from five countries to Mumbai from August 19 to 21, 2026. The initiative is being presented by All Things Nice as a platform for cocktail culture, collaboration, networking and learning. Guest shifts, an industry networking evening and a panel discussion are being held across participating venues in the city.
The inaugural edition is being positioned as an effort to strengthen connections between India’s hospitality industry and leading bars across Asia. Five visiting establishments are being featured: Hope & Sesame from Guangzhou, ranked No. 1 on the Asia’s Top 50 Bars List 2026; Alice from Seoul, ranked No. 13; Yakoboku from Japan, ranked No. 25 in 2025; Reka from Kuala Lumpur, ranked No. 47 in 2025; and 28 HongKong Street from Singapore, described as a world-renowned cocktail bar and institution.
Two guest shifts are being hosted on August 20 and 21 at Mumbai bars, with each visiting establishment being paired with a local venue. Hope & Sesame is being hosted at Akina in Worli, Alice at Punchline in Bandra, Yakoboku at Bare in Worli, Reka at Bar Find in Fort, and 28 HongKong Street at Soho House in Juhu. Special cocktail menus are being presented through these collaborations, with drinks being shaped around the visiting bars’ philosophies, ingredients and signature styles.
Industry engagement is also being included in the three-day programme. An invite-only networking evening is being held at FIELIA at the Turf Club on August 19, bringing visiting bar teams together with Mumbai bartenders, beverage professionals, hospitality leaders and other industry stakeholders. The gathering is being designed to encourage professional connections and the exchange of ideas.
A panel discussion titled The Bombay Measure is being held at FIELIA at the Turf Club on August 21. The session is being conducted with visiting bartenders and industry leaders, with creativity, hospitality, innovation and collaboration being examined in the context of Asia’s evolving cocktail culture.
The initiative is being supported by DEWAR’S Discoveries, an umbrella campaign created by DEWAR’S to support experiences centred on discovery, craft and diverse perspectives. Inderjit Singh Dhingra, General Manager, Brown Spirits (India), Bacardi India Pvt. Ltd., said the partnership was being viewed as an extension of the campaign’s focus on discovery, cultural exchange and creativity.
The broader initiative is being developed by All Things Nice, which has previously created platforms connecting beverage experts, hospitality professionals and consumers through education and discovery. Bombay Cocktail Week is being established as an annual platform intended to bring Asian bar talent together with India’s growing bartending community and cocktail audience.
Nikhil Agarwal, Founder, All Things Nice, said Bombay Cocktail Week was being created to bring Asian cities, bars and bartenders closer to India. Mumbai is being positioned as a city that can participate more closely in the region’s cocktail conversations, with collaboration, learning and professional relationships being placed at the centre of the initiative.
