Paradise Biryani has announced plans to launch 20 new outlets across Bengaluru this year, reinforcing its presence in one of its fastest-growing markets. The expansion forms part of the company's Rs 100 crore nationwide growth strategy, supported by Samara Capital, which aims to establish 100 new outlets across metro cities and emerging markets in India.

The restaurant chain currently operates 10 outlets in Bengaluru through a mix of high street restaurants, mall locations and cloud kitchens. According to the company, its recently opened mall outlets have exceeded internal expectations, recording strong customer footfall and encouraging repeat visits, further validating its retail expansion strategy.

The Bengaluru expansion follows a 30 percent year-on-year revenue increase across the brand's existing outlets in the city, highlighting sustained consumer demand and operational performance.

Abhik Mitra, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd., said Bengaluru had become one of the company's strongest growth markets, driven by consistent double-digit growth, strong customer loyalty and operational efficiency. He added that the successful performance of the brand's mall outlets had strengthened confidence in expanding through multiple formats, including high street restaurants, mall locations and cloud kitchens to support delivery-led demand.

The city-wide expansion is part of Paradise Biryani's broader national strategy to strengthen its presence across India while serving customers through multiple operating formats suited to different neighbourhoods and consumption occasions.

Nilay Pratik, Managing Director of Samara Capital, said Paradise Biryani's proven store model, technology-driven operations and leadership team provide a strong foundation for national expansion. He noted that the investment firm's focus extends beyond rapid growth to maintaining operational consistency, service quality and authentic dining experiences across all locations.

To support its expanding network, Paradise Biryani said every outlet follows centrally managed recipes and standardised operating procedures. The company has also implemented structured staff training, automated kitchen technology, real-time operational dashboards, regular quality audits and customer feedback systems to ensure consistency in food quality and service standards across both existing and upcoming outlets.
