FOO is expanding its presence in Bengaluru with the opening of its largest restaurant in the city at Indiranagar. The new FOO restaurant is being positioned as an important milestone in the brand's expansion strategy as it strengthens its footprint in one of India's most competitive dining markets. A broader hospitality experience is being offered through an extensive Pan-Asian menu, signature beverage programme, and a space designed for multiple dining occasions.

A 2,660-square-foot restaurant has been developed in Indiranagar, one of Bengaluru's leading food and nightlife destinations. The venue has been designed to accommodate casual lunches, business meetings, after-work gatherings, and social evenings. Contemporary interiors featuring a central bar, natural materials, and bold design elements have been incorporated to create a modern dining environment.

The Pan-Asian concept is being continued through a menu featuring more than 100 varieties of Asian tapas, including sushi, dim sum, Nikkei-inspired dishes, and sharing plates. The beverage programme includes cocktails prepared using Asian ingredients such as yuzu, miso, sake, and house-infused spirits, alongside signature drinks including Foo King, Pickled Picante, and Foo Queen. The Indiranagar outlet also marks the Bengaluru debut of Foo Brew, the brand's Japanese rice beer, which has been introduced alongside curated sake selections and non-alcoholic beverages to complement the menu.

Ryan Tham and Keenan Tham, Founders of Pebble Street Hospitality, said that Indiranagar had been chosen because of its vibrant dining culture and community-focused atmosphere. Ryan Tham and Keenan Tham, Founders, Pebble Street Hospitality, said, "We're excited to become a part of the neighbourhood."

The latest expansion is expected to further strengthen FOO's presence in Bengaluru as greater emphasis continues to be placed on experience-led hospitality, Pan-Asian cuisine, and destination dining. The opening also reflects the increasing demand for premium casual dining concepts that combine distinctive food, beverages, and social experiences within India's urban hospitality sector.
