Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited has expanded its North India presence with the launch of its Saffron Lager in Chandigarh. The product is now available through retail outlets and selected dining venues across the city, supporting the company's broader strategy to strengthen its premium beer distribution across key markets in India.
The Saffron Lager is priced at an MRP of Rs 110 for a 330 ml bottle and is brewed using Kashmiri saffron. The Chandigarh launch adds another market to the company's premium beer portfolio and forms part of its ongoing expansion through both retail and on-premise channels.
Shantanu Upadhyay, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited, said that Chandigarh's vibrant culture, demographics and consumer base align well with the brand's positioning. He noted that the company aims to introduce consumers to an evolved beer experience while becoming part of the city's hospitality ecosystem and engaging with local communities.
The expansion follows the brand's continued rollout across new markets in India. Earlier this year, Kati Patang Saffron Lager received a Bronze medal at the 2026 London Beer Competition, where it was recognised for its brewing quality and spiced beer profile.
With its entry into Chandigarh, Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited continues to strengthen its position in India's premium beer segment while targeting consumers seeking differentiated craft-style offerings. The company is expected to further expand its distribution network as it grows its presence across the country.
