ormer Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has launched Protocol32, a daily health supplement combining 32 nutritional ingredients in a single sachet. Developed around the dietary requirements of Indian adults, the product is being positioned as a convenient alternative to consuming multiple supplements separately.
The launch was marked by an exclusive event in Mumbai, attended by leading influencers from the wellness and lifestyle industries. The venture is being described by Singh as the beginning of his second innings, with a renewed focus on preventive health and daily nutrition.
In a post on X on October 30, 2026, Singh reflected on his experience during the 2011 Cricket World Cup, when he competed without knowing he had cancer. His personal health journey was cited as a major influence behind his commitment to encouraging greater awareness of everyday wellness.
Protocol32 contains ingredients including creatine, omega-3 DHA, magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, Coenzyme Q10 and ashwagandha. The powdered supplement is designed to be mixed with water or milk and consumed once daily. According to the company, the formulation has been developed to address potential nutritional gaps in Indian diets, particularly among vegetarians, and is intended to support 13 functional systems within the body. However, the effectiveness of the combined formulation has not been independently established.
The supplement has been co-formulated with Dr. Anurag Agrawal and Dr. Arpit Bansal, while Prashant Pitti and Prasad C P have been involved in developing the venture. Manufactured in Bengaluru, Protocol32 is claimed to contain ingredients compliant with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India requirements, with individual production batches undergoing testing.
The product is initially being introduced through an invite-only programme, with access limited to a few hundred consumers at a time. The initial group is expected to include doctors, dietitians, fitness and nutrition creators, entrepreneurs and celebrities.
Interested consumers can apply through the official website, protocol32.com, by submitting their contact details and a social media profile. Invitation codes will be shared through WhatsApp as additional batches become available.
With Protocol32, Singh's entry into the wellness industry is being centred on simplifying daily supplementation and promoting greater awareness of nutritional health.
